Human Resource Manager
Job Description:
Manage and oversee operations of HR department
Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, performance appraisal, staff engagement, offboarding
Evaluate external market conditions and internal employees trends to recommend changes to the recruitment and reward strategies
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
Review procedures and policies to suggest improvements with emphasis on governance and internal controls and the subsequent implementation
Manage recruitment and training needs
Manage payroll processing, CPF, IR21 and IR8A submissions
Develop and formalise performance appraisal procedures.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Prepare monthly salary analysis report
Review and submit all government surveys and statistics
Responsible for compliance with statutory requirements
Provides support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
Requirements:
Degree or specialist diploma in Human Resources
IHRP certified or equivalent will be added advantage
Minimally 5 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Familiar with government initiatives related to HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Able to guide and lead the team
