Job Description:
Assist in managing Workplace Safety & Health, EHS and fire safety-related matters in the company
Assist in creating workplace safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture in the company
Promote safe practices in the company and conduct safety-related training
Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace
Prepare safety-related reports and documentation for safety meetings and reporting
Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of all applicable workplace safety and EHS rules and regulations.
Perform daily site inspection to conduct safety audits on personnel and equipment and take appropriate corrective actions if necessary
Prepare and conduct toolbox meeting
Implement and enforce Permit-To-Work (PTW) system for all high risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations and etc.
Investigate incidents, submit accident reports and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance of all work place safety procedures and legislations.
Assist in ISO and Bizsafe audit
Any other duties as instructed by the WSHO and Management
Requirements:
Minimally 2 years of relevant experience
Possess WSQ Certificate in WSH qualification and other related safety certifications
Candidates who possess these certifications will be added advantage – WSQ Implement Incident Management, WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Building (RFEB), CERT First Aider Course
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with people at all levels and at the same time work well in a team

Manage and oversee operations of HR department
Oversee full spectrum of HR function, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, performance appraisal, staff engagement, offboarding
Evaluate external market conditions and internal employees trends to recommend changes to the recruitment and reward strategies
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy
Review procedures and policies to suggest improvements with emphasis on governance and internal controls and the subsequent implementation
Manage recruitment and training needs
Manage payroll processing, CPF, IR21 and IR8A submissions
Develop and formalise performance appraisal procedures.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Prepare monthly salary analysis report
Review and submit all government surveys and statistics
Responsible for compliance with statutory requirements
Provides support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
Requirements:
Degree or specialist diploma in Human Resources
IHRP certified or equivalent will be added advantage
Minimally 5 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Familiar with government initiatives related to HR
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
