Quality Process Controller (Woodlands)

 

Candidate Role

  • We are looking for motivated and organised individual who can improve the Company’s process flow system.
  • The Candidate will be stationed at Customer’s facility to monitor the daily operations and document the work procedures for systematic and structured training of staffs working at the facility.
  • The candidate shall have a keen eye to detect any potential error that may occur and rectify it pre-emptively.
  • This position is to uphold the Customer’s perception of the Company’s quality of services – logistics.

Job Responsibilities

– Ensure all services and documentation are delivered to customer’s specification.
– Ensure work flows and operation processes are in line with written procedures, and practical trainings.
– Conduct policing checks on ground and in cleanroom environment to ensure handling, packing, protection processes are carried out according to approved training/document.
– Ensure that goods, accessories and associated tools are packed in accordance to respective work instructions.
– Review/maintain work instructions and other technical documents to provide timely and relevant update. Be the custodian of quality/process flow related documents.
– Ensure that good housekeeping is practised throughout every operation. Propose quality improvement plans.
– Develop quality tracking matrices and provide timely reports to the affected clients.
– Execute error prevention initiatives, or any plan to meet Customer’s quality expectation.
– Review and eliminate unnecessary appraisal/documentation to streamline the process.

 

Job Requirements


– Proficient in MS Office. Shared Point.
– Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication skills.
– Ability to adapt and multi-task.
– Relevant work experience in logistics, semi-conductor or electronic industry is an advantage.
– Able to write in a clear, concise manner, and generate comprehensive reports.
– Experience in the creation and implementation of continuous improvement program.

Marketing Executive

 

Job Description

  • – Involved in formulation and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy.
  • – Research for effective channels or tools to improve company’s image and awareness both offline and online.
  • – Establish and roll out engagement plan to increase positive awareness through digital channels (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Website, Whatsapp, etc).
  • – Enhance traffic flow through digital platforms (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Website, etc) using available products (e.g. Google Search Marketing).
  • – In charge of managing and creation of marketing collaterals (not limited to advertisement materials, presentation slides, brochures etc.)
  • – Manage sponsorships, events and corporate social responsibility efforts.
  • – Update company’s website and social media contents.
  • – Working with external vendors/consultants for various marketing efforts.
  • – Reporting of marketing metrics and performance for further improvement and analysis of the effectiveness of various channels.
  • – Provide marketing support to internal departments when needed.
  • – Basic videography and photography for the company, including editing.

Requirements:

– Singaporeans Only

– Minimally tertiary education, preferably with 2 years of working experience in planning and managing digital marketing and branding efforts in a B2B setting.

– Candidates with relevant skillsets but no work experience may apply.

– Basic videography and photography skills

Class 3/4/5 driver ( Tuas/Woodlands)

Job description:

-Timely delivery of cargo to/fro various locations

-Correctly load cargo at various locations, adhering to the policies and procedures of each loading locations

-Correctly and safety securing cargo before moving vehicle

-Safe handling of trailer for mounting and offloading of containers

-Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the day and report any problems or damage to company immediately

-Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspection in accordance with company’s safety procedures.

-Maintain assigned vehicle in good working condition and cleanliness of vehicle

-Comply with all road safety rules and regulations and safe work practices, procedures and policies at all times.

-Ensure proper documentation of all delivery and collection orders

– Any other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

-Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/4/5 driving license

-At least 3 year of driving experience in Class 3/4/5 vehicle

-Good driving records required

-Responsible, with good work attitude

-High safety awareness

Operations Mover and packer (Tuas/ Woodlands)

Job description:

1) Operate simple tools and equipment to pack, wrap, assemble/dismantle, move wide range of cargoes on & off site

2) Moving of machines and wooden carting

3) Assist to keep track of inventory and cargo movements

4) Assist to load/unload items onto and off trucks

5) Work as a team to complete assigned jobs each day

6) Deliver professional packing and moving service while complying with safety requirements

7)Assist in ad-hoc and routine tasks

Requirements:

-Candidate must be physically fit, as job requires physical handling of cargo

Operations Controller (Tuas/ Woodlands)

 

Job Description:

–Work closely with customer service department on job arrangement

– Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently, including:

1) Daily operation staff and fleet (heavy vehicles) deployments

2) Oversee the submission of name list and other documents for pre-job clearance

3) Arrange and co-ordinate with trailer & crane subcontractor, if necessary

4) Ensure that all job requirements are properly arranged and clearly disseminated to the relevant stakeholders

5) Monitor daily jobs completion, ensure that all jobs are completed on time and up to service standards

6) Monitor drivers’ movement through GPS Tracking System

7) Ensure all job documentation including DO and job related safety documents are prepared properly

8) Coordinate with warehouse for all incoming and outgoing cargo

9) Arrange drivers for purchasing/collecting of materials/equipment

10) Work closely with other controller for efficient coordination of jobs arrangement

11) Arrange manpower for any safety findings rectification

12) Work with Human Resource on training scheduling and overtime matters for operations staff

13) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only.
• Min Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation and fleet control preferred, but not a must
• Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers
• Is proficient in English and able to speak Mandarin as this position require to liaise and work closely with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a team player
• Meticulous, pro-active and high sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• PC literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to work beyond working hours to complete daily work schedules, when necessary

WSH Coordinator

Job description:

-Assist in managing Workplace Safety & Health, EHS and fire safety related matters in the company

-Assist in creating workplace safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture in the company

-Promote safe practices in the company and conduct safety related training

-Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace

-Prepare safety related reports and documentation for safety meeting and reporting

-Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of all applicable workplace safety and EHS rules and regulations.

-Perform daily site inspection to conduct safety audits on personnel and equipment and take appropriate corrective actions if necessary

-Prepare and conduct toolbox meeting

-Implement and enforce Permit-To-Work (PTW) system for all high risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations and etc.

-Investigate incidents, submit accident reports and make recommendations for corrective actions.

-Ensure compliance of all work place safety procedures and legislations.

-Assist in ISO and Bizsafe audit

-Involve in creating MOS and lifting plan for projects

-Any other duties as instructed by the WSHO and Management

Requirements:

-Preferably 2 years of relevant experience

-Possess WSQ Certificate in WSH qualification and other related safety certifications

-Candidates who possess these certifications will be added advantage – WSQ Implement Incident Management, WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Building (RFEB), CERT First Aider Course

-Good interpersonal and communication skills

-Able to work independently with people at all levels and at the same time work well in a team

 

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description:

-Be responsible for creating CAD drawings and bill of materials – shipping containers and lifting apparatus.

-Able to conduct finite element analysis, and sizing calculations for anti-vibration devices and protective foams.

-Able to tabulate the required bill of materials.

-Able to assist Procurement Team with Supplier’s enquiry.

-Able to work with Production Team or Contractor for the manufacturing.

-Able to work alongside Professional Engineer for equipment certification.

-Able to write work instruction.

Requirements:

-Min 3 to 5 years relevant experiences

-Proficient in MS Office, Shared Point, & Solidworks.

-Proficient in Written and Verbal Communication skills.

-Experience with Structural Calculations and Analysis.

-Able to write in a clear, concise manner, and generate comprehensive design reports.

-Ability to adapt and multi-task.

-Relevant work experience in logistics, semi-conductor or electronic industry is an advantage.

-Experience in the creation and implementation of continuous improvement program is an advantage.

-Able to speak Mandarin as this position needs to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterpart.

Sales Executive

 

Job Description:

– Develop and service new customer base

-Build and maintain long term business relationship with new customers

-Design and implement a sales plan that expands and develops company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

-Work closely with operations and production department to deliver optimal solution to the client’s interests.

-Find creative/ innovative ways to address business and customer needs

-Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients

-Involve in company’s marketing efforts

-Handle tough or complex customer issues by analysing said problem and suggest effective solutions in addressing customer complains/feedback

-Review and suggest improvements on sales policies and procedures for sales department and its subsequent implementation

-Assist to resolve sales operational problems and make recommendation on operational matters

-Bimonthly reporting of sales development, sales volume, and invoicing, gross margin and forecast figures.

-Provide business development and strategic insight on market segments

-Analyse customer data to obtain results useful in making key business decisions

-Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.
