职位描述
-与客户服务部门就工作安排密切合作–高效地计划和确定日常活动的优先次序,包括
1) 日常运行人员和车队(重型车辆)部署
2) 监督提交名单和其他文件,以便在工作前进行审核
3) 如有必要,安排并协调拖车和起重机分包商
4) 确保妥善安排所有工作要求,并将其明确传达给相关利益攸关方
5) 监督每日工作完成情况,确保所有工作按时完成并达到服务标准
6) 通过 GPS 跟踪系统监控司机的行踪
7) 确保妥善准备所有工作文件,包括 DO 和与工作相关的安全文件
8) 就所有进出货物与仓库进行协调
9)安排司机采购/领取材料/设备
10) 与其他控制员密切合作,有效协调工作安排
11)为纠正任何安全问题安排人力
12) 就业务人员的培训安排和加班事宜与人力资源部门合作
13)上级指派的任何其他临时职责。
要求:
– 仅限新加坡人。- 物流/运输专业最低文凭或同等学历
– 至少 3 年物流运营和车队管理相关经验优先,但并非必须
– 熟悉新加坡道路,能为司机分配工作
– 熟练掌握英语并能说普通话,因为该职位需要与说普通话的同事和客户密切联络和合作。- 能够在最少的监督下独立工作,具有团队合作精神 – 细致入微、积极主动、责任心强 – 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧 – 熟悉电脑,精通 MS Office Excel 和 Outlook – 必要时必须能够在工作时间以外工作,以完成日常工作计划。

-负责实施和执行所有适用的工作场所安全和 EHS 规则和条例。
-每天进行现场检查,对人员和设备进行安全审计,必要时采取适当的纠正措施
-准备和召开工具箱会议
-对高空作业、起重作业等所有高风险活动实施并执行工作许可(PTW)制度。
-调查事故、提交事故报告并提出纠正措施建议。
-确保遵守所有工作场所安全程序和法规。
-协助 ISO 和 Bizsafe 审核
-参与制定项目的 MOS 和提升计划
-WSHO 和管理层指示的任何其他职责
-最好有 2 年相关工作经验
-获得 WSQ WSH 资格证书和其他相关安全证书
-WSQ 实施事件管理、WSQ 建筑火灾应急响应 (RFEB)、CERT 急救员课程。

– Develop and service new customer base
-Build and maintain long term business relationship with new customers
-Design and implement a sales plan that expands and develops company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
-Work closely with operations and production department to deliver optimal solution to the client’s interests.
-Find creative/ innovative ways to address business and customer needs
-Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients
-Involve in company’s marketing efforts
-Handle tough or complex customer issues by analysing said problem and suggest effective solutions in addressing customer complains/feedback

-Be responsible for creating CAD drawings and bill of materials – shipping containers and lifting apparatus.

-Able to assist Procurement Team with Supplier’s enquiry.
-Able to work with Production Team or Contractor for the manufacturing.
-Able to work alongside Professional Engineer for equipment certification.

Job Description:
–Work closely with customer service department on job arrangement
– Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently, including:
1) Daily operation staff and fleet (heavy vehicles) deployments
2) Oversee the submission of name list and other documents for pre-job clearance
3) Arrange and co-ordinate with trailer & crane subcontractor, if necessary
4) Ensure that all job requirements are properly arranged and clearly disseminated to the relevant stakeholders
5) Monitor daily jobs completion, ensure that all jobs are completed on time and up to service standards
6) Monitor drivers’ movement through GPS Tracking System
7) Ensure all job documentation including DO and job related safety documents are prepared properly
8) Coordinate with warehouse for all incoming and outgoing cargo
9) Arrange drivers for purchasing/collecting of materials/equipment
10) Work closely with other controller for efficient coordination of jobs arrangement
11) Arrange manpower for any safety findings rectification
12) Work with Human Resource on training scheduling and overtime matters for operations staff
13) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• Singaporeans Only.
• Min Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operation and fleet control preferred, but not a must
• Familiar with Singapore roads to assign jobs for drivers
• Is proficient in English and able to speak Mandarin as this position require to liaise and work closely with Mandarin speaking colleagues and clients.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a team player
• Meticulous, pro-active and high sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• PC literate and proficient in MS Office Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to work beyond working hours to complete daily work schedules, when necessary
